More like 3.5 stars.Marly and Trent were well-written characters. The story arc was well-planned and the pacing of the plot was good. I liked how feisty an omega Marly was and how protective an alpha Trent was.I liked the story. There were quite a few events that happened, and it wasn't really a motorcycle club kind of story. The main focus was on Trent and Marly and their relationship. And I am glad for that because I have a fear in ABO theme books that their is either less character developmen [...]

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for a review. Hmm, where to start. This book ticked all my (not so secret) hot buttons:Shifters? Yes.Predestined mates? Yes.Steamy sex? Yes.Terms of endearment? Hell yes.Hot, muscular alpha with sexy, lithe omega? OH GOD YES.But why did I only give this three stars? We'll get to that. The Biker's Omega is about an Alpha Biker, and his omega mate. (HAAA I'm sorry *snort*)So yeah. Trent is an alpha, and the Sergeant of arms of the Epitaphs MC. He's big [...]

You got your bikers. You got your shifters. You got your Alphas and omegas. You can bet your ass I'm reading this one!

This was a cute book with some ups and downs - Trent is an Alpha Wolf living as a human Biker, a straight Human Biker. Marly is an Omega - also living as a human, but not so straight - in-fact, Marly is pretty high on the Kinsey scale and a proud twink. On the outside these two couldn't be more wrong for each other. On the inside however their wolves recognize each other as true mates and it isn't long before Trent has Marly laid out and inside him claiming him. What baffles Marly is how the man [...]

This book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest, impartial review through the DBML Program.Trent Beaumont is the Sergeant-at-Arms of the Epitaphs motorcycle club in Orlando, Florida. A big, powerful man, respected by club members and sought by the females who hang with the club, no one knows that he’s also an alpha wolf shifter. In fact, he doesn’t much acknowledge that side of himself anymore either, not until he smells a wolf shifter on one of the club members who’s braggi [...]

This copy was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.I love shifter stories so I was really looking forward to this book. Trent is an Alpha shifter who has recently moved up the chain of command in the human biker gang that he belongs to. This gang also happens to be anti-gay.uummm what?!?! It's unclear why Trent has stayed with said gang. He knows he's gay but can go without and to maintain his cover he's taken women in the club. Again.uummmm ok?!? The only thing we are given i [...]

2.5 Stars Rounded up because Marly had a backbone. What can I say about this? While I liked Lisa Oliver's Cloverleah Pack books, I didn't like this one. It was ALL me! (view spoiler)[Maybe because I didn't like Trent dragging Marly into the club that runs guns. So you want to get him in trouble if trouble comes? Wouldn't you want to get OUT of the club not add your mate to it? I can see the Feds/ ATF come storming through the doors due to gun running. Yeah, they might not have the drugs or prosti [...]

Not a bad start.***3.38 stars***Well, was hoping for a bit more from the story, but all in all it was a nice quick read. I just went to see what the next book in the series was about and it seems totally unrelated to this book. Not sure if I like that or not. I really wanted to know what's going to happen with Clive, Cat and Michael. In addition, it would be nice to know if there were any repercussions from Razor and/or Stephanie after Trent came out to the club. Oh, and editing! Definitely some [...]

I had some major issues with this book. I have really enjoyed other books by this author so I will read the next book in the series, but I was disappointed with this book. This review has spoilers.First of all a romance needs to have to MCs that you can like and actually root for their HEA. I really liked Marly. The problem I had was that Marly was WAY too good for Trent and even though Trent slowly improved over the book, I still think Marly could have done better. Secondly “Marly Miles” – [...]

*3.5 stars*I received a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review as part of the M/M Romance group's Don't Buy My Love event.I have a real soft spot for shifter stories and was excited that this was set in a Motorcycle Club, hot guys in leather, yummy. I really enjoyed The Biker's Omega about alpha wolf shifter Trent Beaumont, Sergeant-at-Arms of the Epitaphs. Surprisingly his club has a homophobic ethos. Despite being bisexual, Trent has remained a member of the club hiding his sexual [...]

Original review on Molly LollyFour stars! The story was very interesting. I liked the look at how Trent and Marly got the club to change their stance on race, orientation, etc. I felt bad for Clive and how e had to give up the person he loved. But it did mean he was understanding. I wasn’t a fan of how Trent treated Marly through most of the book. However, I liked when he finally fixed his behavior. I wish there would have been a bit more to the story after the revelation of how he was hurting [...]

I have read this authors other books which I enjoyed. Maybe because this was the first in a series, but I didn't enjoy it as much. I love shifter stories and don't mind the mate/mine theme, but this one just didn't work for me. I found both of the MCs annoying in their own way and the story just a little too unbelievable for even a shifter story.

Bad but not quite that bad Alpha didn't care for Trent's illegal activities and running off on his mate made me dislike him, even if it wasn't for the reasons Marley thought.I really don't know if I'll continue this series when the next one comes out. If it grabs my attention then give it a go.

Liked the contrast between the characters and the way Marley could kick ass. Needed a bit more angst and a little less perfect alpha to really engage me but I enjoyed it fairly well - enough to pick up the rest. I did like Clive as well (does he get a story??? Please??) - moving on to #2.

I enjoy all the shifter books that this author writes and this new series to me is no different. Liked that Marly could stand up for himself and didn't let Trent walk all over him.

Loved Marly! He saved the book. Trent was not a very good alpha in the beginning and the middle. Took Omega Marly to bring him to his full potential.

Unusual in that the mc's actually had real life issues to work through even though they were fated mates. I enjoyed it.

Histoire plate, sans grand intérêt pour ma part. L'histoire se construit trop vite, se déroule même trop rapidement. L'auteure m'avait habitué à mieux.

4 heart review by VickiBikers and shifters! Yup. That will work.I read and reviewed Lisa Oliver’s Bound and Bonded series recently and enjoyed them, so I thought I’d pick this one up. Then I made the mistake of reading a couple of reviews on (I know! Don’t yell at me!) and was a little nervous. I’m not sure what book those folks read, cause it wasn’t this one! I liked this book!Trent is a big bad-ass biker dude, and a wolf shifter. He’s been around the block a time or three, been wi [...]

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest reviewI am really torn about this book. On one hand I enjoyed the overall story, on the other hand it annoyed me at times. I think this is really a 3.5 star read for me, but I prefer to round up.We have Marly and Trent. Two seemingly opposite guys who get thrown together because they are wolf mates.Trent is a big "biker" dude who is in a motorcycle gang that seems to do stuff with a lot of gunsey sell weapons maybe? They talk about turf wa [...]

(This book was received free in return for an honest review via the Don't Buy My Love program.)3 starsI have to say, I was quite disappointed that this new series from Ms. Oliver didn't match up with my expectations from her Cloverleah series, of which I am an avid fan. This book felt like a salad of every shifter book tidbit tossed in with a Motorcycle Club (MC) that wasn't quite as bad-ass as they could be. I've yet to read an MC book set in a city that feels raw and authentic. The loose forma [...]

Original Blog Post: Virtual Book Tour, eARC Reviews, Excerpt, & #Giveaway: The Biker's Omega (Alpha and Omega #1) by Lisa OliverReview by: multitaskingmommaMy Rating: 3.5 of 5 StarsTrent Beaumont, as the Sergeant of Arms of the Epitaph's Motorcycle Club, had a lot to live up to and hide from. As a gay were, his being in an MC known for it homophobia is not a thing. When one of his men beats up two civilians he should not have reacted but he did, especially when he smelled not only an Omega, [...]

Lone wolf alpha Trent Beaumont is an officer of the Epitaph MC in Orlando, Florida. An unprovoked gay bashing by two members of the club on two unsuspecting men leaves them wearing traces of blood with the most succulent scent he's ever inhaled - that of his mate, omega wolf Marly Miles, a rarity in the mostly female omega category. It also leaves them with some significant physical damage when Trent gets done with them, ostensibly for potentially bringing law enforcement to the MC's door, but m [...]

*A free copy of this book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.*I am just really left confused about this book. I think I liked it kind of, but it was also a complete WTFery filled book. I liked both main characters well enough. Trent does not leave a good impression and has a lot of ground to make up with right off the bat. He's a bit of a jerk, and keeps silent because it makes his life easier. How many gay bashings did he ignore because they didn't concern his mate? It [...]

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book was enjoyable but not great. I think the biggest problem stems from no depth to the story and characters. It had potential but fell flat.Basically Trent is a lone alpha wolf living among humans in a biker gang. He was recently made sergeant of arms which means he caught the eye of the gangs head lady. This poses a problem since he is gay and nobody knows it. To make matters worse, he overheard two members talking abou [...]

This was a fun story to read. I loved Trent's take no prisoners attitude and his mixed response to finding Marley as his mate is endearing. Marley himself is a delightful spitfire that lights up both Trent's world and the page. The bad guys don't stand a chance against this dynamic duo. THE BIKER'S OMEGA is an action packed paranormal romance with main characters that have chemistry to spare! My OFFICIAL REVIEW written for Carly’s Book Reviews

So…I liked some things about this, mostly Marly and how he had a backbone and stood up for himself several times instead of being a pushover. However, I couldn't fully get on board with Trent and especially his gang that he was a part of. I mean, it's all OK jusuuusssstttt as long as there's no drugs and prostitution? And he was kinda an ass to Marly and treated him like crap several times in the story. I don't know, some things about him just bugged me.

I have very low expectations with this genre - despite loving the alpha/omega trope, the books are quite often lacking. There were moments in the story that were wonderful and others that made me roll my eyes and want to skim ahead. Trent was only an alpha by genetics in my opinion though I can understand some of his instincts being tampered due to living among humans for so long.I wish Trent had been stronger, and not such a jerk. Then I might have enjoyed the story more.

This is a solid start into a new series, even if I dislike the cover, its ugly and has washed out guys on it. The way this story started was fast paced and fine enough. Both, Marly and Trent's were interesting character. I wouldn't mind reading more books in this series.

Another good start to a series. A different take on shifters by the author. As a reader I felt like Marly. I wanted to see a deeper connection between the MCs. Plus, a little hint of about the next couple.
